- i-Mac Technology
- Adobe InDesign - from basic page set up, inputting text and pictures, formatting, master pages, guides, palettes, objects, clipping paths, document preferences, colour modes, style sheets, advanced formatting, importing files, handling multi-page documents, preparing documents for print.
- QuarkXPress – a brief overview of this popular package.
- Adobe Illustrator - creating illustrations, drawings, maps, logos and advertisement graphics
- Adobe Photoshop - from creating images from scratch to adapting photos/graphics, applying effects, preparing for print/export, touching up, creating paths, deploying textures, working with layers, colour model/modes, cropping/composing, layer effects and blends
- Projects - beginning with the basic business card, this course quickly moves on to larger projects that rely on the skills & knowledge gained in formal training. Expect to produce book jackets, posters, flyers & multi-page documents.
